Q: Just got a new iphone4 and I'm having problems making calls, unless it using the Speaker. The other person can hear me, but I can't hear them when the phone is at my ear.

    Since the iPhone 4 was released years ago, is this actually a used iPhone 4?  Did you buy it from an individual or store?

     

    You would do well to take it back and explain it is not working right, see what they do.  Or, take it to an Apple store genius bar and have the technicians test it to see what is wrong.
