Windows 8.1 on a Toshiba laptop
Tried reinstalling iTunes (64-bit) but I saw no noticeable difference in the Bonjour service Task Scheduling Error.
I finally discovered that when I launch iTunes the next boot I see the error. But not for subsequent boots when I do not use/launch iTunes.
I can live with this until a better solution comes along.
