On calls, my microphone's volume is too low as others can barely hear me, but when I turn on the speaker, they can hear me well. It also works well on video and voice notes. Any idea how to fix this?

I know that it can be frustrating when your microphone on your iPhone is not picking up your voice that well on phone calls.
