Just so that you know, you aren't talking to Apple or iTunes support on this forum. It is a user to user support forum so if you want a refund, you need to contact iTunes Store Support in your country.

As amazing as Apple is, did you really think that if you sent a totally non-descript message with absolutely no pertinent information in it, that Apple would magically know what you are talking about?
