in the app store I am prompt with must verify payment to details to continue. Upon doing so It is declining all my correct bank details and has been doing this for a few days any help would be great. Thanks. Emma

Personally, I feel this answer is a load of bunk. If I have a Visa debit card (A major type of credit/debit card) with Wells Fargo (a nationally recognized bank) and as long as my data matches my mailing address, it should work. Seriously? I shouldn't have to pre-purchase iTunes cards or open a Pay Pall account or get a credit card if I don't want one.
