After I login to apple support communities I cannot access it. I get an error page with the message "The page you tried was not found".

I had to create a new appleID to be able to post this message :-/

any idea of what could be the problem?

any way to see/edit my regular appleID account (instead of this newly created appleID)?

Might be a cookies issue...

If you are using Safari to login to the communities ...

From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.

Click: Remove All Website Data

Quit and relaunch Safari. Try logging in again.

Thanks. I've just did that and got the same problem.

but with the new appleID I've created today (simple one, no 2-step verification) it works... there is something fishy with my usual appleID...

hints?

I'm having this same problem, and it's extremely annoying. I've tried it with chrome, firefox, safari, iPhone, and iPad, all with the same results!
