Q: Ipad 2 wont restore to factory settings

Hi, my ipad 2 is stuck on the apple logo..i connected it to the pc after opening itunes..itunes said the ipad need updated although it is already on isos 8.4...the update failed and itunes says ipad now need restored to factory settings..all was looking good then it failed error 4013..i have tried all the help soilutions to no avail plus itunes says the server could not be contacted when you choos 'check for updates..any ideas please
