iPhoto credit card assistance

Hi,

Can anyone suggest a solution for the following. Am ordering a photo book through iPhoto on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), running OS X 10.10.3 and running the latest version of iPhoto. I am in the UK.

When I try to place the order a pop-up comes up:

There is currently no payment information on your account that Photos supports. Visit http://store.apple.com and go to View Account to update your account with one of the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard or Amex

Now there is credit card details loaded, i have even re-entered them all and enabled express checkout but no luck??!

The only thing I am wondering is does it have anything to do with it saying Visit http://store.apple.com and so it needs it input as a US card/address?
