Says my credit card is already in passbook...

My AMEX is my default card for iTunes. I successfully added my MC to Passbook, but when I try to add the AMEX (which does NOT show up in Passbook), it says the AMEX is already in Passbook. I want the AMEX to be the default card in Passbook but can not because it's not there! Any ideas? Thank you very much!
