Never play this song

what happened to 'never play this song'? regardless whether you're listening to your own music, radio, Apple Radio, Pandora, etc...the option to change stations or not listen to that song is available with the 'skip' feature, changing stations, etc, but there used to be an area where you could add artists to help customize your listening experience and to place artists that you just don't like---where is that now? you could also click on it and select 'never play this song'--where is that option now?
