Converting email to pdf

I need to save emails for my records. I don't want to convert each email, and I don't want one lumped file with 100's of emails. I categorize by project, and need to convert to a pdf for easy retrieval. Adobe used to offer this service to Outlook mail, but does not offer to Mac user. Suggestions??? It's nice to search by title, subject, date, to and from. The adobe files offered this. I cannot find anything that compares.
