No. You can't get safari for Windows computers.

Don't believe everything apple tells you.
You can find an possibly outdated version here, I don't use it for Windows, I don't even use it on macs to be perfectly honest.

Safari 5.1.7 was arguably better than Firefox or Chrome when it was still available for Windows. That was several years ago, and browser technology support, and security updates have occurred with Firefox, and Chrome. I would recommend against using Safari 5.1.7 on Windows simply due to its lack of interim security updates, and advanced HTML/CSS support that many websites expect contemporary browsers to support. Get Firefox 39.
Use Chrome or Firefox. Better anyway with Windows. I use Chrome and works great with Windows 7.
