Q: Can i make 2 different family icloud groups?

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you want to be in two different family groups. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

If there is another person, they can make a second family group with them as the organizer.

You can be a part of only one family at a time.

One adult in the family—the family organizer—can set up Family Sharing for the group
