Q: No sound on IPhone 5s

I took my IPhone 5s into U.S. Cellular due to all the sound stopping on my phone yesterday. The last time it worked was on Sunday when I was using my gps. I turned off my Bluetooth and disconnected it all together from my jeep and have made sure my volume is all the way turned up. I've cleaned the mike and sensor control and done a hard restart. I've also tried the trick of press g on the lower right corner in hopes maybe the microphone was just loose but that failed as well. Anything anyone else has done to fix this problem. Only time sound works is if I plug in headphones or during a call talking to a person. Otherwise no text or phone alerts by sound at any time.
