Q: I m getting message of virus in my I phone wat needs to be done to clear my I phone of des viruses and save my data and personal info on my I phone

I M receiving message while browsing safari dat my I phone has been infested by viruses 11 in number and my data is at danger how can I save my data and also my personal information in my I phone financial as well as personal data

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.2

    i did wat was given in the instructions but it is not helping and the problem persists as the website i browse in safari get redirected towards another website and to another den finally to **** site or some download and the original website never opens wat can be the solution to this problem and wat dangers it poses to my phone and my data on the phone

    If I'm understanding correctly, you are continuing to see redirects no matter what site you're trying to go to. Is that correct? If so, you probably have a hacked wireless router. See:

     

    How can I troubleshoot my wireless router or modem with my Mac?

     

    If, instead, it's only when you're visiting specific sites that the problem happens, the issue may simply be normal for those sites... in which case, there's only one cure: to stop visiting them!
