Jul 14, 2015 5:49 PM in response to BenjiFeuby 12LiGaYa13,Hi there!
I'm not that sure, but it shows iPad and iPod only coz' iPhone is totally different with this two for some reason.
Three years back I have the same situation coz I bought an iPhone but I just can't find any way to transfer from my iPod➡️iPhone,
But regarding the apps, its the same. Just make sure you'll gonna use the same iTune Account.

Jul 14, 2015 6:50 PM in response to BenjiFeuby Lyssa,Is your iPod older?
You should be able to restore the iPhone backup to the iPod BUT only if the iPod is running a new enough version of iOS.
That is, if the iPod is running iOS 6.x and your iPhone backup is for iOS 8.x, you cannot restore the backup unless you update the iPod first.
Does that help?
