Logic Remote with Mainstage 3 question

I'd like to have my Perform window appear on my iPad when using Logic Remote on gigs. I don't need half of the iPad screen filled up with a virtual keyboard. I just want Smart Controls and other screen controls... A big,touchable patch/set list would be great.

Is there any way to hide the keyboard on the iPad screen when using Logic Remote with Mainstage 3? Am I missing some way to edit the Logic Remote layout similar to the way we can in the Mainstage app?
