iPad mini error(-16710)

I have an error (-16710) when trying to play music, or anything, on Music on my apple iPad mini, immediately after upgrade to iOS 8.4. Music is there, but is going froward trough songs and give me that error. Any help?

iPad 3G, iOS 8.4, New reseted devices

I've got the same problem. But not only in Music App. Everywhere. In Spotify, amazon Instant Video, AppStore (videos for app preview). I can't play videos or music on my iPad mini. I've reseted the device but that was not the solution. I upgraded to iOS 9.0, but this was not better. Is this an exception for contacting the support w/o paying for it?
