I cannot turn on Match on the newest iTunes... the Store menu item is gone.
How do I reactivate iTunes match in the latest iTunes???

Jim, this was helpful but I encountered an issue.
I signed out, and saw the "subscribe to iTunes match" menu item. But I have already subscribed.
So I logged in to my account, and the match option was no longer available under account! And, all my music (previously statuses as matched or not) shows as local with no pointer to Match.

Have you gone into preferences > general preferences and make sure iCloud music library is checked. If it is checked go to file > library > update iCloud music library. (ITunes Match = iCloud music library)
