is my iPhone 6 A2DP compatible? i'm trying to pair with a bluetooth transmitter

IS MY IPHONE 6 A2DP COMPATIBLE? I'M TRYING TO PAIR IT WITH A BLUETOOTH TRANSMITTER DEVICE.

I'VE LOOKED UNDER "SPECIFICATIONS" AND UNDER BLUETOOTH AND CAN'T DETERMINE THIS.

PLEASE HELP!

I'm sorry but you made me laugh. Capital letters must mean I'm yelling OR, i'm over sixty and it's so much easier to read what I'm typing when I use capital letters! If you're over 60 and you want to "yell" you need to use "CAPITAL LETTERS" in quotations!

Just bought a Rocketfish Bluetooth Music Receiver so I can plan my iPhone 6 through my stereo. One of the features of this receiver is that you can pair with a bluetooth device, just by touching the two devices together, if the phone has NFC capability. That was my question!

Please don't yell at me. My kid works for Apple and that's what he does when I don't get what he's saying!

Thanks for your help!

That is not what you said in your OP

If your son works for Apple go ask him to explain the technology

Is this the device you purchased: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/rocketfish-bluetooth-music-receiver/5654132.p?id=121 8679203690

If so you will need to use the manual for that device to put it in pairing mode. Make sure your iPhone is not connected to another BT device, like headphones or a speaker in Settings > Bluetooth and make sure BT is on. Find the Rocketfish in the list of devices and tap the name and it should pair.
