Q: I bought macbook 13" and some expert recommend me to recharge it only after 5% of battery level until it reaches 100%. and from some online source it suggest to work in mac when it is plugged in, means to plug in power all the time or charge when 75%

I bought macbook 13" and some expert recommend me to recharge it only after 5% of battery level until it reaches 100%. and from some online source it suggest to work in mac when it is plugged in, means to plug in power all the time or charge when battery level reaches to 75% .

So please advice at what % do i charge and should i prefer  to work by plug in ? please suggest.

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4), bought 4 months ago.
