Mar 13, 2016 4:18 PM in response to Lubelby seventy one,Barclaycard (Mastercard) is about to change anyway. With effect early April holders will be issued with a new card so that could have been a problem temporarily. All you can do is write to your card issuer and demand they join in or explain why not.

Mar 13, 2016 4:29 PM in response to Lubelby Jonathan UK,To add cards to Apple Pay on your device, follow the instructions here:
- Set up and use Apple Pay on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
- Set up and use Apple Pay with your Apple Watch - Apple Support
It is only possible to add supported cards from participating banks and stores.
Not all cards from any given participating issuer are necessarily supported for Apple Pay.
To find out whether your particular cards are supported for Apple Pay, you can either:
- Contact your card issuer / bank to check with them.
- Try adding each card and see whether you receive a message stating that it cannot be added.
