What is the easiest way to drain the battery of a water-damaged IPhone 4 that won't power on

I need to drain the battery of a water-damaged Iphone 4. It can turn on but turns off a few seconds later, and i need to drain the battery.

iPhone 4, iOS 6, I am not sure of the OS

Why do you need to drain the battery? The device is damaged from water, what is draining the battery going to do? The more times you attempt to power the device, the more damage it is going to do.
