I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with your iMac since the recent update. While I'm a bit unclear on the exact scope of the issues you are describing (are they affecting all of your Macs? were they all updated?), from your description it sounds like all of the various issues are networking related. You may want to double-check the machines and any routers to make sure they haven't inadvertently blocked any of the ports necessary for those services, as outlined in the following article:

Jul 17, 2015 5:35 PM in response to medic 8517by RichmondMac,I updated iTunes, my Macbook Pro operating system (10.10.4), my iPhone and iPad operating systems (8.4) after I got back from vacation. Now airplay doesn't work on any of my devices. My Denon receiver sees the network and will play internet radio and my devices say that I have logged on to airplay and the Denon, but as soon as I actually try to play something in my library, airplay cuts off and gives me an error message.
