Mortgage Template for Numbers 3.5.3

I'm having trouble finding a good loan amortization template for Numbers 3.5.3. I need something that compares to one that I used in Excel, where I can enter loan amount, interest rate, length of loan and extra payments. I also need to print the complete, detailed schedule. Is there anything out there that I can use?

Thanks for responding. I did look at the Mortgage Calculator. I need to be able to change the length of the loan (18 years), add extra payments to round the scheduled payment up to an even number, and still be able to enter individual extra payments, then print the whole schedule for the borrower. There was a template packaged with EXCEL 2003 that worked really well,I hoped to find one like that.

Have you had a look at the Mortgage Calculator template that comes with Numbers?

In your menu File > New and choose this from the Template Chooser (in the Personal Finance section):

You enter amount, interest rate, length in the first sheet. The details are shown on the second sheet. Not sure how you are handling "extra payments" but it should be possible to modify the template to incorporate those if they are a significant factor.
