Q: My lightning av adapter doesn't work with my iPhone 5c after recent iOS update, how can I fix it?

I recentury updated my iPhone 5c to the current version of iOS (8.4) and my lightning av adapter ( apple product) is not compatible with it any longer. Can someone please help me fix it?
