ipod 5th gen music syncing after ios 8.4 update, windows 8.1 ANNOYING!

after deciding to upgrade my OS to windows 8.1, also made the choice to fresh install the ipod!

updated to ios 8.4

hangs on sync

then disconnects the ipod, reconnects tries again and gets to the same point and fails!

do they actually test ios before they release??

ive a new ipod sitting here now with nothing on it !

tried turning off apple music on itunes and the ipod

tried resetting it again

tried reinstalling itunes

im about to microwave the f**king ipod along with this computer

dropped the ball again Apple.

any help folks because i tried live chat and i have a beard waiting on the "2 minutes" they said they would be.

shouldve stuck to my own rule, NEVER UPDATE!
