Q: new computer, album artwork on ipod is gone

If the music in question in question was purchased through the iTunes Store and is showing up on your iPod (but not in iTunes on your new computer), you may be able to manually transfer those purchases as outlined in the following article:

If the music in question was *not* purchased in the iTunes Store, be aware that non-purchased music is not normally transferred from an iPod to iTunes as part of the sync process.
