Iphone 5c screen has pink and green haze

So recently my iphone has been discolored. It started with one green dot on the left edge that would only appear when i was viewing a dark colored screen, but more recently, its been both pink and green. If what im looking at is white or any other light color, the discoloring appears as pink, but if it's dark then it appears as green. And now it's not just on the edges, its all in the middle too. If i screen shot it, it doesn't appear, so it's smth wrong with the hard drive or the screen adhesive or smth.

Would apple replace my phone for me, or has anyone else had this problem?
