How can I download music from external sources when I'm subscribed to Apple Music?

Alright, let me explain:

I recently bought an Apple Music membership, and plan to use it permanently. However, I'm not very mainstream, and some of the songs I loved are not in Apple Music's "infinite" stream store. Before Apple Music, I used to get music by downloading individual MP3 files from external sources.

I just downloaded some more songs I wanted externally, and I tried to sync, but it won't apply the songs. I know I can turn off iCloud Library for Music, but that will destroy my playlists downloaded from Apple Music. Is there any way to continue syncing more songs while using Apple Music?

(I mean, Apple already messed up all my Ablum Artwork, and now it's gonna tie me up like this?)

iOS 8.4

Actually you can upload your own purchased or ripped songs to your iCloud and pay for iTunes Match (an 'extra' $24.99 per year) to see your own music. That's one way around the problem. The payment is for the apple matching service and space on the apple servers to upload your music library. (Limit of 25000 non-iTunes Store songs).

Or you can turn off iCloud in iTunes on your PC/Mac in preferences (see tick box on general tab) and share your music by simply copying the tracks to your device and adding them to your library.

I prefer to pay for iTunes Match to see all my songs as they wont all fit on my small memory devices, but personally I think apple should reduce the annual cost of iTunes Match for those who also pay $9.99 per month for apple music.

Hope that helps.
