Where do I update iTunes Match? (I did not sign up for Apple Music.)

If you did not agree to the 3 month Apple Music trial period, there should not be any significant issues occurring. The interface and terminology is a bit different such as "iCloud Music Library" which is functioning if your using either service. Make sure it is enabled on your device and if using a Mac, reinitiate the "Add This Computer" option to begin an upload. You may need to sign out using your Apple ID and then sign in again.

Go to preferences > general preferences and make sure iCloud music library is checked. You can update by going to file > library > update icloud music library.
