how do i delete the photo off my phone but not off the cloud ... i love the beta photo library but i need some space on one of my devices and photos is the only app i can work with??? when i go to delete a pic it says its gonna b deleted off all my devices does that mean its deleting off the iCloud too or just all the devices

The photo will be deleted from iCloud Photo Library and all devices - also everywhere. If you are using iCloud Photo Library the only way to save space is to use the "optimize storage" setting. Then the photos are only in iCloud and the devices just keep smaller, optimized versions.
Or keep only a small selection of photos in iCloud and on all your devices.
