Why can't you download audiobooks again?

Please if someone from Apple can explain this to me?

I've bought the content from you, you still have the content on your server. Why make it unavailable for me?

I love iBooks and I want to keep buying great content and be able to listen to it again at some point.

Forcing me to hassle with iTunes backups, feels very un-apple.

This needs to be adressed.

Can you please get back to me with some type of explaination and preferably an action plan and a date to fix this?
