i can't speed up my imovie for iphone

i'm using iphone5 and this is the first time i use the imovie, i need to speed up smth but there's no fast motion bar ,it has only slomo bar and only 1x (normal) fast as the maximum speed , i need your help pleasee.. any suggestion?? thankyou and hv a nice dayy!!^^
