problems with registration, removal and block students

I have a private course and I found since the last update, the following issues:

- Students still have blocked access to the course and tasks

- New students can not enroll in the course (message: Registration failed)

When a private course reaches the maximum number of students, how can I unenroll of students to make available other places keeping their discussions?
