Q: why is an app visible on my iphone but is it not in the list for my iPad
I downloaded the app from Honeywell (Total connect comfort) from the app store, installed it on my iPhone.
It's visible in the list with apps for the iPhone.
Now I want to install it on my iPad, but when I connect my iPad to the same computer which I use for the iPhone, I don't see the app anymore in the list of apps.
I contacted Honeywell, they say it can be installed on an iPad as well. I use 8.4.

It's only available in the Europe store.

It sounds like the Total Connect Comfort app doesn't download from the App Store or sync from your iTunes library.
If you haven't already, be sure to restart your iPad. You can also try signing out and back in to the iTunes & App Store on your iPad:
- Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores.
- Tap your Apple ID.
- Tap Sign Out.
- Enter your Apple ID and Password and tap Sign In.
From Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
If the app still doesn't download or sync, you may want to contact Apple Support using the methods at https://getsupport.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action.
