How to print picture frame using Photo
Older versions of iPhoto was able to print picture frame for an photo image. Is Photo able to do that? If not, is there an App that could do that?
Thanks ... Jeff

You could try to format a book page using the photo book them to add a frame or export the photos and use an external editor like Pixelmatr or Affinity Designer.
Thanks. You saved me a lot of time from looking around for solutions.

Thank you all for the great suggestions. Another feature available in older iPhoto versions was the capability to print matted pictures. You can choose color of the matt, border width, single or double matting for the picture. BorderEx seems to be able to do the same thing only problem is that I have now converted to Photos. Is there a BorderEX plugin or anything similar for Photos?

Not yet.
You can apply a vignette in Photos to your Photo, but the Matte effect has not yet been added to Photos.
