How to print picture frame using Photo

Older versions of iPhoto was able to print picture frame for an photo image. Is Photo able to do that? If not, is there an App that could do that?

Thanks ... Jeff

Another option would be to use Pages 09 or earlier. You can drag a photo from the Photos library to the Desktop and into a pages layout, resize and, using the Inspector/Graphic pane select a frame.

If you want to have additional frame selections download and install the free Frames and Strokes Installer. It just modifies the Pages preference file to open a hidden preference to allow up to 80 additional frames.

Thank you all for the great suggestions. Another feature available in older iPhoto versions was the capability to print matted pictures. You can choose color of the matt, border width, single or double matting for the picture. BorderEx seems to be able to do the same thing only problem is that I have now converted to Photos. Is there a BorderEX plugin or anything similar for Photos?
