Q: how to set up icloud mail with outlook

I was having a trouble sending the mail from my outlook, and  was prompted to insert password and I assume I forgot it. I accidentally deleted the icloud account with outlook and need to add it again & need some basic help with configuration settings. Also how to retrieve the password ?
