i got my ipod touch 5g replaced few months ago. i got all the photos and videos from my icloud backup. all of the videos are shown but most of them are not playing. i have tried for a very long time...it shows it is downloading but then after a while it says there was an error downloading it. there is no problem with the internet connection. i need those videos really badly...what should i do?

If the videos were in the "iCloud backup" they wouldn't need to download separately.
It sounds like they might be in the iCloud Photo Library.
Try saving them using the steps from the link below.

i changed my settings to download and keep originals...but still nothing happened. when i open those videos on the top right corner there is an option 'Edit'. when i select that it shows its downloading. when its almost getting over it says error in downloading and everything is back to like how it was before 😐
Try in another location using a different internet connection.
