Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
It appears that many apps on your iPad are not updating and just say "waiting." If so, there are several troubleshooting steps that can help.
First, try the solution posted by forum user "whatheck" in this thread:
App updates won't download on my iPhone, they just say waiting.
Try tapping the App, so that it changes to Paused instead of Waiting, then tap it again to resume the install.
Make sure you don't have any paused downloads in other apps either, like the App Store or iTunes Store.
Next, try signing out of the iTunes & App Store on your iPad:
- Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores.
- Tap your Apple ID.
- Tap Sign Out.
- Enter your Apple ID and Password and tap Sign In.
From Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
You may also want to restart your iPad before signing back in (step 4 above).
All the best.
