My boyfriend stole my apple id and logged me into ichat on our macbook. He then put a password on the macbook so i cant login. If I change my apple ID password will that log me out of ichat on the macbook and will it delete my old texts convo's?

Changing the password will not delete old conversations, however it will stop iChat Messages.app accessing new messages.

Consider setting up 2 step authentication if your boyfriend thinks this is funny or appropriate, it adds extra steps to use your Apple ID.
