Q: Keychain and back up

I have random pop-ups about needing to reenter my keychain account or approve it from another device… Each time I enter the code they sent to me, it says it has been answered too many times and look for Apple support. I believe this is the reason my storage payment is not going through as well… What do I do?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8, I honestly don't know if it's iOS 8
