iTunes comes preinstalled on a Mac but you may need to download it for PC > Apple - iTunes - Download iTunes Now
First, you need to authorize the new computer.
Launch iTunes. From the iTunes menu bar click Store > Authorize Computer.
Or Account > Authorize Computer
Then you can sync your iPod.
