Dismount a Time Machine Backup Drive

Is it possible to write an automator script to dismount a remote drive? Yosemite 10.10.2 Mac Book Pro 2015.

If possible I want this script to disconnect the drive when I shut down the Mac.

Hi,

Thanks for your help. It is appreciated! Until I save some Moolah for the Airport, I'm using a Seagate Backup Pluis portable hard drive to store Time Machine backups. I forget to dismount the drive when I shut down my MacBook Pro. Just wondered if there are options or scripts for auto shutdown after backup or auto unmount scripts when shutting down.

Thanks,

Howie
