Q: saving to time capsuel

i am new to the mac, so i wanted to see how i can save all iTunes  music and content directly to my time capsule. and access all files from there instead of in the mac internal storage.

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

    Whether you choose to use the Time Capsule or a regular external drive(see below) to store your iTunes library, the process is the same. Choose Home from the Finder's Go menu, double-click the Music folder, drag the library to the desired location, launch iTunes with the Option key held down, and choose that library.

     

    You should store your working library on a regular external drive and set Time Machine to back it up as well; any files you'd like to keep should be on at least two drives, as one can fail at any time.
