Q: captive. Apple not loading

since I've had my new iPhone 6, I have not been able to access the Wi-Fi on first great Western trains or cross country trains.

The splash screen stays white and fails to load any ideas?

Looks like it's a Wi-Fi hotspot problem, especially since you can connect to your home network without any problems. However, you may try resetting the network settings and your phone.

    Follow these instructions:

Go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings

Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

    • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
    • Press and hold on the Home button
    • Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
