iphone 4 earpiece not working . how to rectify ??
My iphone 4 earpiece is not working . It is just 3 months old . I bought as buy back from apple as other one screen damage . how to rectify the problem??

test the headset in something else like a computer or anything else with a 3.5mm minijack conenctor
test other 3.5mm minijack connector headsets with the phoe
those 2 tests or even just one of them would show if the issue is with the phone or the headset
