Q: I want turn off find my iphone, and i forgot apple id password and also security question also. And addition to it i have no rescue mail also.

Hello,

Good Evening.

My is Device is iphone 5S, IMEI *************

I have forgot my Apple ID password and security questions also(to further detail i have no rescue email id also) due to which i am unable to access my contacts which were backup on iCloud but i have backup on my laptop as well but unable to restore because I am unable to Turn Off Find My Iphone. Regarding this I have tried to talk Apple customer care where all the staff are dumb and illiterate to apple devices. The simple question of mine to them was asking them to erase my apple id over apple server. Further I tired out with factory reset but i have same problem and i don't why they can't do such simple thing. And I m sorry to post saying i am unsatisfied with Apple Support System. If after posting this, i get same reply or procedure to do than i would say Apple Support ***** all time.

To Apple Support, my case id is ********, which i got from Customer care of Apple(***** all time).

Sounds more like you were unable to prove that you actually own the phone that is now iCloud locked or the account used to lock it.

Ranting about it here will accomplish nothing. This is a user forum. You are NOT talking to Apple.

You can NOT bypass the activation lock. You will need to contact Apple again and either prove that you own the iCloud account in question, and have the password re-set, or prove that you are the original purchaser of the phone and have the lock removed.

    Hi,

Sorry to hear about your problem, forgetting your password is tough to deal with. However, in my experience if you delete your AppleID, you will lose all that is attached to it and saved in iCloud. Deleting the AppleID will delete all the data attached to it. Even if you have a backup in iTunes or on your computer, once you delete you AppleID, that backup is gone.

You should avoid posting your IMEI here, as you have now provided that info to the Interwebs....that being said, Apple does not have access to your passwords or any of the answers to your security questions. Your password and other security answers are in place to keep your AppleID secure so others cannot access your account and data. If customer service knew all this or had access to it, what would the point of having all that security and password be?

i hope things work out for you, but if you do not know your passwords, security answers, have a rescue email to send a password reset to....it sounds like you may be locked out. Even a factory reset will not get your data back, or unlock your iPhone.

    Good Luck

Deleting ID will not enable use of the phone, do a little research.

I didn't understand most of that, but if you have forgotten your Apple ID and password go to iforgot.apple.com and try to retrieve or reset it.

So, you put someone else's Apple ID on your phone so you could get games to which you were not legal entitled and now the person who's ID you put on your phone has changed their passcode? Unless you can provide proof in the form of a receipt that you are the original owner of the phone, your phone is now a brick. Next time, pay for the games yourself. It will be cheaper.
