I Have a Problem with synchronization Outlook 2007 Contacts

With version 8.4 ios when I sync my iPhone 6 Plus with Microsoft Outlook 2007 in the iPhone 6 Plus only the information entered into Outlook synchronizes. The new information entered on the iPhone not synchronized in Outlook.

I tried to disable iCloud and neither managed that will synchronize both the iPhone and Outlook. I also updated the Windows Vista managed nor synchronization.
