Downloading photos from camera

Downloading photos from camera

Hi, I have an iPhone 5s and was playing around with Camera+. However, I don't want to use iCloud or Camera Roll with my photos. Is there an alternative method to get photos from Camera+ to my Mac laptop? Thanks.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Thanks, I'll look more closely, but so far iPhoto hasn't found any of the photos I have taken with camera+, which seems to assume I use the camera roll or icloud. I've stopped using camera+, but maybe I'll play around with it a bit.
